Are you a sailor who is able to sail self-sufficiently to most points of the lake with moderate confidence? This session is designed to help sailors develop their skills to seamanship standard.
Through this block of sessions, we will take you through some of the elements of seamanship to develop your boat control and give you understanding of the following:
Man over board
Rudderless sailing
Sailing in adverse conditions
Each and every session will be tailored to the participants booked on so everyone gets the most from every session
To join this session, we ask all participants to have a minimum of Adult level 2 and be no younger than 16 years old. You must also be a member of UYC
