Course bookings
When you book a course on this website, we collect personal information from you to enable the booking. We may collect:
the name, telephone number and email address of the sole participant or the participant representing a group of participants to be booked on a course;
the names of all course participants on a booking;
if any participant on a booking is aged under 18, your age and the age of those participants; and
your response to the question of whether any participants may have a medical condition. Our website does not seek to collect the details of any medical conditions or the name of any participant with a medical condition.
Gift vouchers
When a gift voucher is purchased we collect the recipient’s name and email address and any message to the recipient that you wish to accompany the gift voucher.

We collect but have no access to, debit or credit card details. Financial transactions relating to our website are handled by our payment services provider, Stripe.
