This website is hosted by Squarespace. This website collects personal data in a de-personalised form to allow Squarespace to run this website, to protect and improve its platform and services and to power our site analytics.  This data includes:

 Course bookings

When you book a course on this website, we collect personal information from you to enable the booking. We may collect:

  • the name, telephone number and email address of the sole participant or the participant representing a group of participants to be booked on a course;

  • the names of all course participants on a booking;

  • if any participant on a booking is aged under 18, your age and the age of those participants; and

  • your response to the question of  whether any participants may have a medical condition.  Our website does not seek to collect the details of any medical conditions or the name of any participant with a medical condition.

 

Gift vouchers

When a gift voucher is purchased  we collect the recipient’s name and email address and any message to the recipient that  you wish to accompany the gift voucher.

 

Payments

When a payment is made we collect for the person making the payment:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Address

  • Phone number

We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

 We collect but have no access to,  debit or credit card details.  Financial transactions relating to our website are handled by our payment services provider, Stripe. We will share transaction data with Stripe only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.  Marketing email

We may send you marketing email, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.
